APPLICATION PROCESS, FEE, DEADLINE AND REAPPLICATION
An application for admission to graduate study may be obtained here Graduate College Application. Priority deadline date for fall admission is March 1 and spring admission is October 1. This will ensure consideration for admissions and assistantships. Students who do not meet this deadline, may submit necessary credentials for admission up to two weeks in advance of the initial date of enrollment.
Applicants must meet the admission requirements established for a particular degree program and submit the $40.00 non-refundable application fee. Approved applicants will be notified in writing of their eligibility for admission to graduate study. Admission will be valid for one year; applicants who do not enroll during the year will be required to reapply for admission. Admission to graduate study does not imply admission to candidacy for a degree.
DISABILITIES ACCOMMODATION
Any student requiring special accommodations in order to complete a course or program of study should contact the Disabilities Coordinator, Dean Hall, Room 110, or call (497) 968-0698. The Disabilities Coordinator administers programs and services associated with the Americans with Disabilities Act and serves as a liaison for students with disabilities.

Requirements for Graduate Admissions vary depending on the type of application an applicant is submitting. Application may be categorized as one of the following:

All admission categories require a one-time, non-refundable $40.00 application fee.

Complete the online application.
PASSPORT
Please provide a photocopy of your current passport as well as any previous visas to the US, I-20s, and an I-94 card if available.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
One official transcript from all universities or colleges where the applicant has earned his or her bachelor's degree, stamped and verified in a sealed envelope, must be sent directly from the issuing institutions to the Graduate Studies Office.
OFFICIAL TEST SCORES
One copy of official GRE or Miller Analogy Test scores for each application submitted must be sent by ETS to the Graduate Studies Office.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY SCORES
If the applicant is an international student from a country where English is not the native language, evidence of English language proficiency is required. Click Here for a list of accepted exams/evidence.
FINANCIAL GUARANTEE STATEMENT
Graduate costs are estimated at $20,162 USD for 9 months of study, including tuition and fees, housing, meals, books, and other living expenses. For students with dependents, please add an additional $3,000 per each dependent. Applicants must provide evidence of the source and amount of funding used to support educational expenses.
Documents must be issued within the 6 months previous to the time of application. Students financing their own studies, this form has been provided to assist you with the process. If someone else is paying for your studies, that person must fill out the Financial Sponsor Statement. This can be a family member, a friend, a company, or a government.
PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION
Proof of immunization for measles and rubella is required for all students born after January 1, 1957. Measles and rubella immunizations must have been given after January 1, 1968, and after the student's first birthday.
Immunization Exemptions - Students born prior to January 1, 1957, are exempt. For religious or medical exemption information, contact Student Health Services at (479) 968-0329.
